"Room was clean and well serviced. But, a smoking room should have at least one ashtray in it. Although it was not a big problem, an iron in the room would have been nice. Also, the continental breakfast should have more danish items than cereals. We were not that late getting downstairs. Otherwise, for a quick stay, this hotel was fine."

"The staff people were extremely friendly and helpful. They were kind to our children, helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. Every request was met with a smile. They looked for opportunities to be helpful and were. The hotel itself is average, but the staff made it very special. If we are ever in Beaufort again, we will definitely want to stay there just because the people were so wonderful. The location was also excellent, as we were able to get to whatever and wherever we needed with ease. Beaufort itself is beautiful. I cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel. They were simply awesome."
