"The rooms were poorly cleaned, after the housekeeping department cleans your room, there should not be hair in the shower, and dust and dead bugs in the corners, and yet that is how we found our room every day. Also The floor was not vaccumed. I would never stay at that hotel again!!!! I have stayed at the other Ramada hotels and been treated with more kindness and respect. When we were calling the front desk, it took at least 10 to 15 rings before someone answered, and they did not exhibit any hospitality. The food was cold at the hot buffet. Customer service and cleanliness should be a priority in any hotel, the point is to make people feel good about being away from home, after the 1st night there, I was wishing I was home. I hope that your standards will improve, for the reputations sake. We also had to change rooms after the first night due to a faulty air conditioner. Not convenient once we had just settled in, and no one offered any empathy! Extremely disappointed!!!!!"

It's also one mile from Chocolate Tree, two miles from Lady's Island and North Street Aquarium, seven miles from Parri's Island and Penn Center Museum, and 15 miles from Sheldon Church and Stoney Creek Church.
